What does a coach do and how does it differ from therapy? A coach works with you to clarify your goals, identify obstacles and come up with an action plan to meet your goals. A therapist is a healthcare professional that diagnoses and treats mental health issues. A coach is not a substitute for therapy. 

What is the difference between traditional parenting and conscious parenting? Traditional parenting is about control, obedience and using punitive means of discipline. Conscious Parenting is about connection, guidance and cultivating a nurturing environment. 

How long is a typical session? How many sessions do you recommend? Sessions are 50 minutes after the initial free 20 minute consultation. We usually work together for 4-12 sessions via zoom depending on the needs of the client. 

Are you available nights or weekends? I am happy to accommodate your needs and arrange an evening or weekend session on a day/time that works for both of us, although I generally try to schedule Monday-Friday from 10-1 EST.
